Hello
I need some advice on scanning using photoshop. I have scanned my images and my scanner saves them as 400dpi hi res pdf format images. I then bring them to photoshop. The problem is they are really crappy comic book effect pictures with dots on them. I did blur and also despeckle from some net tutorial but still no luck in getting some quality…
Any advice?
