Photoshop effect in flash

Hi everyone, sorry my english is not very good…

ok, im searching site, book, forum,… with cool effect to do with photoshop to incorporate in flash, in a transition for example…, someone who really use it is flashlevel.com

can someone suggest me photoshop filter, brush, actions, or just book or link?
