Howdy. I’ve never seen anybody with this problem before, and I’ve asked a bunch of people how to get rid of it and they have no idea. So here goes.
I open up a new document, and make 2 layers. The bottom layer is just filled with the paintbucket to act as a background. The layer above is my layer for drawing or doing whatever. When I make something in the top layer, and select the Move Tool and try to move it, it doesn’t move anything in that layer, it highlites the bottom layer and moves the background.
It keeps doing that and it won’t let me move anything in the top layer and it’s really ticking me off. Any ideas why?
