I’m trying to access a couple of drives on the server outside of the wwwroot folder( I’m running winows IIS). chroot only works with apache and its not as easy as I imaged. Can anyone give me the low down on how to change directories with PHP???
I’ve already tried chdir() its really only an apache thing! 
Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
