[php] Contact form problem

hello everybody,

I’m a beginner in php, i was trying one of the tutorials in this site:

http://www.kirupa.com/web/php_contact_form.htm

i understand it, but when i click on submit i get the followoing message from windows.

Note: i use localhost.

it would be nice if anyone can help
