Php / email form from flash problem

Trying to make a flash fill-out form (name, email, message) which sends the info to an online .php file which then sends the message to my own email plus responds to the flash file with a ‘message send’ or ‘message failed’, but on testing it the message “Error opening URL” appears in the ‘output’ frame in Flash. Could it be blocked by my provider?? When I put it all online and test it, the message still does not seem to arrive at the .php (returns a ‘message failed’). Any help much appreciated
