We have a new project and need the assistance of a skilled coder. It is a fairly small project, but the level of coding skill needs to by high in order to optimize the project.
We need a programmer who has a good understanding of AJAX, CSS to create hover bubbles and to submit information on the fly to the server.
We also need the programmer to work through the database development to store this data and a good understanding of PHP in order to create a some display pages.
