phpMyAdmin – mySQL importing new database into older version

Could I export mySQL database created in phpMyAdmin 2.11.0

and

Import it in phpMyAdmin 2.7.0 ?

will it work the same?

i just have some few tables with few records, which is finally display in flash

also, how do i export it?
