Any software unless its Freeware needs to be purchased from a vender. I can’t just give out any software.
Yeah, I don’t know of any programs that are just for pixel art.
Pretty much any graphic program can do pixel art as long as you can have a 1px non-anti-aliased pencil tool.
And if you know of any program for pixel art alone, you will need to purchase it from the company directly and/or a vendor that sells the program you are looking for.
