I’m probably the worse person on the planet at texturing, but I’ll try to help a bit.
The standard glossy textures in Swift have a very pastic look about them, but if its not exactly what your after try playing about with the highlight strength and size.
There’s a lot of factors to take into accounts when trying to get the right look with textures like the lighting, the environment, shadows and so on so there’s not really a set way of making something look like plastic (just dont make it reflective) apart from trial and error really.
As for a rough look just play about with the texture/pattern at the bottom of the edit matterial window.
