Playing quicktime in flash movie

Hi! so far, ive imported a small quicktime movie that i wish users to be able to play when they wish to and stop it and rewind it.

I was wondering if i was to make the buttons for this, what would the appropriate actionscript for this?

Ive tried using the movie controller but it doesnt seem to work properly…
