I am working on a portfolio site for a swimwear designer. Here’s a mock up for reference: CLICK HERE
Each swimsuit is presented in a “Mondrian” tile format, where the tiles animate in place and the photos fade in to fill the space of the tiles.
Somehow, I need each swimsuit to animate in and stop. That’s the easy part. But when the viewer chooses another swimsuit or main menu option, I need the current swimsuit to animate out (reverse the mc timeline for each swimsuit?) and JUMP (or load?) the next mc depending on what swimsuit or menu item the viewer chooses.
That’s where I am getting confused. I think there is a simple solution, but I want to avoid loading everything in scenes or loading all the options on a gigantic timeline just for the swimsuits Collection.
Can anyone suggest the best way to do this?
