The source to download doesn’t work ( it says unexpected file format). The file is called platformerfullFLAMX.fla
I have Flash MX, so maybe it only opens on MX 2004? If so, is there a way to get a source that opens on MX?
The code in the tutorial doesn’t work on it’s own, so I need the source file.
The tutorial says this:
Now test you movie. You will notice that if you walk off the edge without jumping you do not fall. However, if you constantly check if your character is not touching the ground and that they aren’t jumping you can make them fall by setting a fall speed and setting jumping true.
Wheras the test file doesn’t move at all.
Please help!
