i made a flash movie, and i’ve put a “loadMovie” actionscript into a button, i double click the movie and push the button, the actionscript works, how come i put the movie into dreamweaver, it doesnt work, i mean nothing can be loaded. please help me. thank you so so much.

make sure that the path to your .swf file is correct. i’m not sure what you mean by:
i put the movie into dreamweaver
but i assume you mean that you uploaded the file to your server or something. if this is the case, make sure that you aren’t targeting a local file or something…

as liam said, use relative locations… i.e.
path:
“…/swfs/profile.swf” or whatever it is…
target the file in relation to where your main swf is

another thing i noticed, not knowing if you plan to use that as your final site, you need to add hitboxes to the buttons… or else its hard to click them
