I have been looking at the pop-up tutorial on Kirupa and I was wondering how to adapt it.
I have a site that has an empty movie clip into which the content is loaded. This obviusly all occurs within one holding html file. Then in one of the content swf files that are loaded into the holding clip I want to be able to open pop-ups.
From the tutorial it seems you have to insert the javascript directly into the html file created by flash for that specific swf file. But how do I do this if I am not using that html file for my site? I tried inserting the code into the index.html file, but this does not seem to work.
