Someone please help me

Hello

I have created a pure flash website and would like to know if there is anyway of making pop-up windows without having to embed the .swf in a html file first. Reason being that most of the external swfs are being loaded using loadmovie and so there is no html generated. Any help would be most appreciated.

You can make flash popups that mimic javascript popups. Do a search for a thread called “this is for oasis”

I explained how to do it in that thread.

However I am still confused. I looked at the post you told me to but still dont understand about the pop-ups. I have a links page on my website and wanted it so that when the user clicks on a link the page opens in a new window. You mentioned about mimicing Javascript but could find any info about that in the post but did find something about PHP. Im Sorry if im bugging you its just im real stuck with this and cant seem to figure a way around this.
