I didn’t really find much useful information about this subject on google or in the about-projects from OpenOffice, so if anybody has an Idea please let me know.
I need some Information concerning Presentation (OpenOffice, Powerpoint) Formats like .ppt, but I have no Idea, where I should look, or whom/where to ask. It’s a project I do for university, so it’s rather important 
-which Presentation formats are free (GPL), or what usage restrictions exist.
-are there any availible libraries (I think so, at least from OpenOffice) to read or write information to/from those formats
