Preloader in Dreamweaver MX?

Can I add a preloader to the index.html page of my website on Dreamweaver MX? Would this be a component? extension? anywhere to get it? The rollovers that I added with ImageReady 7.0 are not coming out when posted on the webserver although they play perfectly in Dreamweaver. I’m thinking that adding a preloader will display the website when its ready to show the rollovers. Sorry about all the questions…
