Preloading a whole website

Hi,

there have probably been threads about this already but i wanted to raise the issue again.

I have a main interface that loads external swf’s into a content area, what i want is that before the user enters the main interface, for all the external swf’s to be preloaded so that the user doesn’t have to wait whilst they are using the site.

Is there anyway this can be achieved?

Any help would be appreciated.

probably… load up new swf’s and add their kb’s to the preloader… along with the main swf
load em but don’t place em… that might help… i haven’t tried this… just going on an educated guess… but its not really good to do that if the files are big… unless you have a really coolpreloader… not a good idea

Or you could just not have external .swf’s. Just put the .swf in the main flash document.

But then the site gets big.
