Pricing question

Hi all, I have a client who is asking me to build a website like this: www.wagerline.com. They are wondering how much I would charge to build a site like this. Since this would be my first paid job for developing a site, I have no clue what to charge them. Seems like a pretty big job. Another question the client had was how much data transfer would they need per month. If anyone could help me I’d appreciate it greatly, thanks.
