is there a photoshop effect that can make the picture look like that with the moiré type effect with the pixely circlish things. look at the example picture and youll know what i mean
try Filter > Pixelate …you might find what your looking for in those filters
looks like some kind of halftone effect to my completely untrained eye…
maybe you could play around with the settings of that filter (filter > Pixellate > color halftone?)
on the other hand, i could be completely wrong :crazy:
