Hi everyone.
Once again I need help to solve a problem/mistery, I’m continuing a job almoust finished by other person but has a “bug”.
You can try it on this URL: http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg/pt/frames/frameset_01.htm or the others frameset_02 03 04 etc. The root is [url=“http://www.ozzu.com/counter/exit.cgi?http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg.”]http://www.b-lizzard.pt/arneg.
So, when I enter the site for the first time, the background image takes some time to load, but after is charged on the cache it’s faster.
But the first access is veeeeery SLOW!
I was checking the CSS and aparently is everything ok. The background images has only 1kb. Why this is happening? Can you help me please!
