Problem: Create a Photo Gallery Tutorial

I am referencing a tutorial on creating a photo gallery found on this site (http://www.kirupa.com/developer/mx/photogallery.htm). I cannot figure out why when I click through the photos it will not go directly to the next image, but rather, flashes the original image and then goes to the next image. It seems I am using the same code as the example, but it is not functioning the same way. Any assistance would be most appreciated! The code I am using in my action frame is as follows:
