Problem only via internet

I have a movie clip (one of 9 running on the main timeline on rollover of its button) that works fine on my hard drive but won’t play after I FTPed it to the server. The movie clip has sound and a “magnifying effect” in it and requires Flash 6 player (which is on both of my computers). I have published it to HTML. When I open that page in any browser on my hard drive it works fine. When I open it with the same browsers on the same machine, this one movie clip does NOT play. I have placed it on 3 different servers and have tried this on 2 different computers with the same result.

I need to have this available for my students to access online this Tuesday morning! Can anyone give me any insights as to why being on the server and being accessed via the Internet should make a difference?

Thanks,
Joan

what part exactly isnt working?

The clip doesn’t play at all. There are 9 “traincars” and rolling over each causes two changes: (1) a larger “car” replaces the small one (this works on the “car” in question, and (2) a movie clip plays illustrating the particular concept (in this case “cognitive” school of psychology). Since it works locally, I don’t know how to determine what might be hanging it up. (The .fla is over 3 megs so I don’t know about attaching it here.)

(You can see it at www.ccm.edu/psychology/jcook/FLASH/history.html . In the second scene, you mouse over “Cognitive.”)
