Hi everyone,
Found my old Geforce MX4000 64mb vid card and trying to install it in my friends pc. Running in to some problems…
Installed card in AGP slot.
Changed bios setup to detect AGP before onboard video.
Restart.
It displays POST then the XP loading bar but it gets stuck in a black screen where the blue “Welcome to XP” screen should appear next.
I tried to boot using the Onboard video (with GeForce in AGP slot).
XP detected the card and I installed the driver thinking it might be a driver issue. Still no luck.
Anybody?
