I’m very new to Flash and I created a sliding menu with 8 thumbnails. When you click on the thumbnails, it goes from thumbnail 8 to thumbnail 1 but I want it to load on the html page without scrolling to start. I want 1-4 thumbnails to be stationery on the page. Then when you start the mouse over the thumbnails, it will scroll 5-8 thumbnails.
Also, I have another issue. I want to be able to mouse over the thumbnails and have a larger image appear in a certain area on the screen. I have been trying to figure it out thinking it has to be somewhere in Flash but I don’t know the answer and I’m on a tight deadline to get this done. I thought it might be that I would have to put a script on each button (thumbnail) but I don’t know.
