Ok After talking with you guys I followed some of the tips + google searching. pushup situp. 50 times each 06.00 in the morning everyday.
I had a fat “not that fat but fat” stumic now after 3 months I get a bit of this.
Its not that much, Im still working, but I need for tips on this waking up everymorning 06.00 O
