This is a question that’s been bothering me for awhile now.
My illustrator and photoshop files don’t show up as thumbnails of the image like jpegs do, instead I get the illustrator and photoshop artwork icon. To see a preview or anything I have to open up the bridge or the program itself.
Now every other computer I’ve used ps and ai on the icons are thumbnails, but not on my computer. WHY!
However it does work for pdf’s. (see attachment)
I think that the other computers were windows 2000, and I’m using XP Pro. Is it just a 2000 thing, or do I have some preference turned off?
I’ve attached a screenshot. Top right is a .psd, top left is an .ai, bottom left is a .jpeg, and bottom right is a .pdf.
