SO i played the Ps3 at best buy, and here are my initial thoughts…
The Good:
Very nice console design
Very quiet console
Thats about it for the good…

First of all, the price tag. $600? WTF.
a) Most of the games I tried looked the same as their xbox 360 counterparts. I don’t think its going to get SO much better as to warrant a +200 dollar increase.
b) controller nowhere near as natural feel as xbox 360 controller. after owning a 360 and using the controller a lot, after i grabbed that blocky ps3 controller, it felt like i was holding an uncomfortably blocky piece of plastic with stuff thrown onto it in the shape of buttons
c) not many of the great titles are exclusive to ps3 anymore…
Anyway those were my initial thoughts… No flames please… I shouldn’t have to ask but last time I posted my opinion I got some anyway…
