I did this turorial and it works perfect. The only problem I encounter is if I have a external swf with dynamic scroll text. The dynamic tect will not show up at all, the scrollbars do! Any ideas??

Is a mask involved? if so…
try clicking on the txt box and selecting the characters button on the properties toolbar and include the a-z characters. I think that should do it… i could be wrong but think i remember running into the same problem awhile back.
ah yes… yeah make sure you embed your fonts… i remember that problem coming up some time ago. good call b.rich
i think if he doesnt embed the font it should still show up as a system font, plus on his machine it should show up even if he hasn’t embedded it, but i’m not positive on that, you may want to try that first.

oh, eyedea & abilities has a song called poison on their album too and it has that same line, starts off with it. didn’t mean to hijack this thread, sorry, continue as we were
