How do you change the color of the text?
If you could please let me know it would be nice.

ok then some suggestions:

  1. EVERYTIME you fill the textfield with text, apply previous to color the text with color, NOT ONLY first time you create the textfield.

  2. try using string “0xFF0000” or FF0000 or “FF0000” instead of 0xff0000 for color :slight_smile:

Although previous works for me whenever i insert text into TF and then apply the formatting. If You post the FLA, i’ll have a look at it.
