I’m looking to update one of my PC’s that I just got to work :D. I have Vista running on it currently, I don’t know how it could (on a 256mb RAM system). I want to upgrade the RAM to 1gig, but I’ve run into a little problem.
It’s a Dell comp, and I’ve search what kind of RAM it supports. On their website you could order a 1 gig DIMM stick, but I’m searching for something I could get on newegg. If I get a 1 gig SDRAM stick, with the same features, would it run on my comp? Getting support from Dell is practically impossible :D.
