Question on how they did this

might be more of a html question… but on this page…

how did they make just the center or bottom html change and not the whole page reload on a button press… is there a way to say load bottom html froma flash button… and not lets say reload the top header?

They are using frames.

and this is done by HTML.

What do you use for an HTML editor?

notepad, Front Page… etc?
