You guys should start with the basics, as it would seem many would be crossing over from Flash and have no clue where to start. (actually, I’m talking about me but I’m sure there are others who feel the same way.)

I need to get 3dsMax some how… I just dont have anywhere near the extra cash right now - its like 1500.00 (US), right? There must be a cheaper way.

or…perhaps one of those computer factory outlet online vendors…? i know that you said 3dstudio max, but, i figure if i have seen good deals on other progs their might be a good deal for the one you want!
