[QUICKTIME+FLASH] transparency?

HI, didn’t know exactly where to post this but i made an animation of fire works in After Effects and i want to import this into flash… but it doesn’t have a transparent background… how am i able to make the movie transparent? i export the mov as rgb+alpha
