I have an odd problem, for months now I have had quicktime working alongside flash mx with no problems, now when I open flash mx about half the time it crashes saying this…

When I uninstall Quicktime Flash works perfectly, but when I reinstall it this happens again.
anybody else had this problem or know a cure for it?
