ok, because of cutbacks i’m having to dive into Flash in a hurry. (thanks u.s economy) I don’t know flash very well yet so I made a 12 second web ad in After Effects. I rendered it out as a quicktime, brought it into flash cs4 and then out as a swf for our few remaining web folks. The problem is it’s still to big. What’s the best way to compress this file even smaller. I know next time I just make it all in flash but I was in a hurry and it was a pretty simple spot. Whats the best method for this ?

And… is 40k a reasonable size for a 12 to 15 second web ad ?
