in flash games for example you have a game that’s about dropping eggs, how do you make the eggs fall at the same time and not wait for an egg to reach the ground before another falls??

Make a falling egg, and give it a linkage name (in your library, export it for Actionscript) to the whole movie clip.
Then attach it with attachMovie or duplicate it with duplicateMovieClip. Simple.
