Hello All,
I’m doing research on a potential project. It’s a course to help customer service employees learn the correct way to speak with clients over the phone. The client wants a Flash course to record audio responses spoken by the learner, then play them back, so the learner can hear and evaluate his or her own response.
All the research I’ve done tells me that I need a Flash media server to do the recording and playback. Is this correct? Are there any other options?
