Have you ever seen those: “Who The Hell Are You?” in Maxim or was it FHM (I get both of them confused)?
Anyway, people send in pictures that were taken at parties, Spring Break, etc. And of course there’s people posing but in the background there’s always some idiot making a stupid face or just smiling when he had nothing to do with the pic.
