Red Tettemer is looking for an interactive guru that can energize the ongoing growth of its interactive pursuits. The individual will have a strong foundation in graphic design and a comprehensive understanding of interactive marketing. The ideal candidate will have a confident presence with clients as well as the ability to communicate effectively their ideas and strategies to both non-interactive creative and account personnel.

Technical Requirements:
Macromedia Flash and intensive knowledge of ActionScript
XHTML/CSS Hand-Coding, and Web standards
Javascript
Illustrator
Photoshop
PHP, ASP or .NET and database connectivity
OOP in Actionscript is a plus
XML is a plus
Must be capable of testing and debugging cross-platform and cross-browser.
Experience:
3+ years of interactive or advertising agency experience
