Hi all. Ok, I’m confused, but I’m going to describe my problem as best/clearly as I can. So here goes…
What is the necessary actionscript needed to reference a movieclip inside a movieclip?
For instance, I’ve built a website where there is a movieclip button inside the main movieclip which contains all the seperate pages. I want to be able to tell the movieclip button to play a seperate movieclip within the main movieclip.
yikes, I hope I got my point across. I think its a simple statement like “this.parent.movieclipexample” or something like that, but I’m having difficulties getting the right scripting. I’m at a loss as for what I should search for a tutorial too!
