Hello all! I’m new to this forum, a bit of a rookie in Flash CS3, and looking for a little help with action script… I’m doing a presentation that will be burned on a cd and be given to clients for them to watch it on their computer, using Flash Player 9. In the presentation I want to include a button which, when clicked on, will open a “printer friendly version” of the whole presentaion for them to print a pdf version. Is this possible?? I was thinking of burning the PDF document along with the Flash movie on the CD… I can’t for the life of me figure out what the action script should be on the button, for to (on release) get that PDF document and open it in Adobe Reader, so they can print it. Any suggestions? I’d really appreciate it I’m stuck!!!
You can select a dynamic text field and enter the URL in the box at the bottom of the properties palette.
It’s fairly self-explanatory.
