The thing i want to do is to make a movie that scales according the screen size,how should i?

What you need to go, is go to File > Publish Settings. Click on the HTML tab, and you should see an area for the Width and length of the movie. Select percent from the chosen option of “pixels”, and add like 100 for W and 100 for H.
