Im having trouble creating a specific type of scroll bar in Flash. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good tutorials I could use. Below is a link of what I am trying to do. After the site opens click launch our flash site. Im just looking to make the basic scroll bar not the interactivity inside the bar. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
