Scrollable text a diffrent way

can someone check out this fla and let me know how to disabe the buttons once the dynamic text gets to end of the mask, im usig a diffrent method to do a scrollee i tink its much easier but im having trouble getting the buttons to be disabled if they get to the end of the text. I tried using an if the y pos of the text = (number of y pos=number) _root.button=function(false) but that doesnt work i also treid using an else and else if and didnt get it to work can someone please help thanks

did you donwload the fla and check it out i know how to disable butons but cant get each button to get disabled when the scrolling text reaches the end here im uploading the fla again with some changes ive made but i still cant get the buttons to stop working check it out and let me know where im coding wrong thanks

here this is the code im using but its not working it either scrolls of the button wont work at all

};

_root.up.enabled = false;

}
