for some reason, i’ve been having this problem for as long as i’ve worked with FMX2004 pro. i have followed every tutorial step-by-step and every single time, i get the same result.
what i’m trying to do is simply set up a texbox with a fixed dimension (say, 640px by 350px), and insert a bunch of text and use a scrollbar. simple, yes? well, for some reason, EVERY time i do this, it looks ok in flash, but when i test the movie, i get a white box instead of where the scrollbar should be. however, i’m still able to click where the up/down arrows should be, and it will scroll. the same thing goes for dragging up and down the white box where the scrollbar should be. the function is there, but the appearance is all wrong.
this has been a real frustrating experience for me since i started working with FMX2004 Pro, and i have yet to find a solution that works for me. please don’t tell me i’m the only one that’s experiencing this problem!
