I need to know how i can create a web page like long info page on flash 5

The best bet would be to look over the tutorials on this site. (Click the Tutorials button above) Look them over try a few. Flash has a steep learning curve, and doing an entire site in Flash takes quite a bit of learing. If you have Specific questions about something in Flash 5 I am sure you could get them answered here.
