Scrolling problem

Hi, I am having problem with scrolling a movie clip, heres the file, if someone could help me i would be very greatful.

I want the typewriter affect to appear inside this box and i want the user to be able to scroll down to view the rest of the text.

Whats the type writer effect? you have an example?

the typwriter affect is when the text appears letter by letter, giving it a typwriter sort of affect, the code for the typwriter affect is already in their anyway it should work but it doesn’t for some reason.
