I’m hoping someone can help me out with an upcoming project.
I’m developing a training program where a trainer will travel to different locations to run the application from his laptop. At the end of the session the trainer will click a button and a screen will come up where he inputs the trainee’s email address and have the ability select one or more PDF summaries to be emailed as attachments.
The PDFs will reside in a fixed location on the trainer’s computer. The trainer may or may not be online during the presentation. Is it possible for a Flash projector file or AIR application to launch an email client with a pre-addressed, pre-filled email message with PDFs attached. If the the trainer is not connected to the Internet he may save the message as a draft and send it later.
Is this possible?
